I Have A 1988 Lincoln Town Car With 302 Fi Engine. The Vehicle Is Like Brand New. It Has 18,978 Miles On It At Present. It Has Been Sitting In An Unheated Garage For About One Year. Ran Great When Parked. Now Has Misfire. Feels Like One Cylinder Not Firing.

How Do I Determine Which Cylinder Is Not Firing? It Is Very Difficult To Get To Spark Plugs And Injectors, Especially Injectors On Right Side, Under Intake. I Have Pulled Spark Plug Wires At Distributor Cap, But Could not Notice Which Wire Made A Change When Off. I Did Notich Which Ones Grounded Through Me. Seems To Have Excellent Spark.

Any Help Would Be Greatly Appreciated.

And you have helped nobody either. You can check for spark by removing the plug, hook the wire to it, ground the plug and crank the engine. Watch for spark.

So what is your question? I told you how to check for spark, or to find out which one is not firing. You said you couldn't tell. The way I told you will give you a visual inspection to determine spark, or the lack there-of. The more info you give us, helps us, help you.
