I fixed it with a piece of copper pipe. I found out it would fry my catylitic converter if I didn't do it. Dealer was going to charge me like $100. If I ever get the time I'm going to remove all that crap and put a normal exhaust. It was a $1600 car, and it only has to last me 2000 miles. It's in excellent shape though :) Except the windows don't like to roll up and down, the radio doesn't work, it didn't have a tail pipe (cost me $30 for a hangar and about 4 feet of pipe), and it needs a new battery.
