I have a 2005 ex-police crown Victoria with a problem with the a/c. When I turn it on, no cold air comes out.only hot air comes out. I want to know what I could do to fix it.

Does the compressor come on? Do you hear the blend door move when you switch from warm to cool or the opposite with the key on and the engine off?

The compressor does work. The blend door dose not make noise when we move the switch. The switch dose not respond. All the time the switch only shoots hot air. What could I do to fix the problem.

The blend door motor will more than likely need replacement. It's on the top of the plenum and the dash has to be removed to get to it. Here are some pictures that show it. Ford Crown Victoria Heater Core Pictures Some guys break the forward bolt and reinstall it with just the other two.

If it's that motor, I don't know of any.

Do you know any way we can be 100% sure it's the blend door motor with out taking the dashboard out.

If the A/C suction line is cold when the compressor is running, and hot air is blowing out of the vents, it has to be a blend door issue.
