hiya guys,
i have an EB FAIRMOPNT GHIA 4 speed...
i want a manual put in..
any ionformation on prices, where to get done etc... would be of great halp..
bass crazy has done this modification if you read this can you tell me where u got it done and for how much.....

Average decent price: $1000
Some wreckers may do the conversion for similar money to that, and take your old tranny as a trade-in. This is currently what I am thinking of doing.

Please also note that there are countless threads on this topic around, especially under the 'Modifications' forum.

Yep, $1000 is about right if you don't wanna touch it yourself.

Mine conversion cost me just over $50 installed.... not bad ay!

how did you get your conversion for 50 buks?
could in be done in the garage? or is there some special tools that you need for the conversion? if its pretty straight foward then i can do it myself ( with the help of my dad , an ex -mechanic )
