Just wandering, a mate is selling a 30min old which he bought new and used at the strip once 750HP double pumper holley. He will take $900-$950 for it. Is this an alright deal as i don't need a new carb but if its a good deal i will replace my second hand 750dp with it. Are the holley HP's a good quality carb? And what kind of price are they new?

that was hard to understand!
As far as I hear they are a good quailty carb, 4 corner idle etc. and they are worth 1000+ 2nd hand, so if its near new its a good deal.

Depends on who you know. It's good but better deals can be had if you know where to look. Also depends on how quick you want a carb

I paid $300 c/o for my 830dp annual carb (rebuilt) and gave them my 750dp. The 830's worth loads more than the 750dp.

Outlaw speed shop in Adelaide are advertising 750 hp's for $895 brand new.
