'96 Taurus Motor mount replacement

The Haynes manual says to rotate the support bracket counter clockwise once you have removed the nuts and bolts securing it to the transaxle. The problem is that there are two bolts still protruding through the support bracket. I removed the nuts on these bolts, what I need to know is if they must come out too. They have a hex end, but would they be reverse threaded? Thanks.
