air intake

heres a picture of my nearly finished air intake pipe and airbox painted up.. havent yet done my tickford snorkle yet.. but its next to come, let me know what yas think.

I doubt its plastic, looks like alloy or stainless hehe

Looks awesome man, looks even better if you do the rocker cover the same colour IMO

thanks guys, it aint plastic, its made out of mandrel bent stainless steel.. i got it made up awhile ago, but it looked gay and had huge welds on it, so i grinded em back, primer filled it, rubbed it back till it was as smooth as a babys ass.. then painted it, the picture doesnt show it really good, in real life it looks like a mirror.



its gonna look sweet when i paint my tickford snorkel the same color and get my stainless steel alen key bolts polished for it.

Don't forget you need a flexible joint in the pipe as when you're driving the engine will kick up and destroy your handy work...

when i had it done before painted plain black, nuttin happend like dat.. so.. yer remember its only a six doesnt kick as hard as an 8 lol :(
