When driving my AU there is a noise like the door has dropped or something, I can hear the rubber's making a wooshing sound, any idea's on how to fix this, has the door actually moved???.

Nah but seriously check the bolts that hold the door on make sure they are tight...

Is there a torque setting for these bolt's or just tight?.

pull the window frame section of your door back towards the roof.. Does the door seem to kick out slightly along the roof? Put your knee on the door trim and pull it inwards until it matches the rear or sits flush against the rubber seal

I'll have a look tomarrow, but I'm pretty sure the door sit's flush allright, I think it's slightly out somewhere , not enough to see with your eye but enough to hear the ruber make a noise.
