Whenever I run optimax in my AU it has trouble starting in the morning. It shakes and stalls when starting, then on my second attempt, it starts fine. Also when idleing it shakes a bit.
I haven't tryed running any other 98RON fuel in it, but i've run normal Mobil Premium (95RON) and standard Mobil Unleaded without any probs.
Optimax has one advantage - it seems to use less fuel when running it.
Anyone got any ideas?

TRY SYNERGY 8000, I noticed when I run on Optimax my car hates it and it feels like I actually loose power. I guess you have to run a few tanks of it to get the best benefits. I used to think that there was a Benefit in using these fuels power wise, I think it’s more just a smoother ride and a good way to keep things clean. The minimal amount of extra power that you get really isn’t noticeable. Some people report better fuel economy, but is it just that you want better fuel economy so you just don’t go stomping on the load pedal so much. I would still much rather put in a premium unleaded, Optimax and so on than put in regular Unleaded. Food for thought
