Be carefull not all of them have 220.

If I have it right, Series 1 - 185kw, Series 2 - 200kw, Post July 2001 Series 2 220kw.

I'm sure someone will correct me if im wrong :)

But if your going to do lots of mods then it wont matter too much which one you start with

Cheers

I think the price will drop soon when the new XR's start getting popular on the street. I would say close to $10k.. Time will tell..Remember how much the 185 HSV's dropped when the Gen3 came out in S.S..

You want mods?

http:www.capa.com.au

These blokes are in Adelaide and were the ones that supplied the blower for the XR6 Predator in 1997... you'll pop 300kW easy!

thanks

thank you guys for the input

i was thinking about a blower but insurance might play a big part in that decision making process. I think id rather go N/A, do you reckon exhaust mods and better breathing would get me around 250 kw

All I know is that my car was in the car yard and the guys selling it couldn't believe how much interest there was in a Ford (they normally only do Holden/HSV). They are rethinking their stock!
