AU2 Fairmont Climate Control

Hey

My dad owns an AU2 Fairmont and has recently found the climate control screen to kinda start to fade away and not show the numbers and other graphics up properly

has anyone else had these problems b4??

and is it easy fixed? like just take it to ford and they will replace or fix it?

any info would be great thanks

Have you tried the obvious.
The lighting level of the dash and the Control Centre are controlled by the little slid switch next to the Headlight switch. Its the one that if you push it all the way to the top it turns the interior lights on.
Sorry if it seems like stating the obvious but sometimes we just forget about checking them first.

See ya

Yep they will replace that whole woodgrain piece, buttons and all. They just have to pull it off, and put the new one in with the wires. Simple!
