Hey guys and gals...

I recently got my AU2 falcon S-pack and vaguely remember the dealer saying something about speed alert/alarm. I cant find this, does it have one?? I could have been a different car he was talking about... Thanks for any help!!

In my parents AU2 S-pack the speed alert button is on the left side steering wheel controls. If I remember correctly, its the top button above the volume buttons.

Instructions: (If I remember it right...)

With the stereo off, hold down the seek button on the wheel.

Press the up or down volume buttons, the number will change on the display on the dash.

Leave it for a few seconds and it will set.

An S will appear under the odometer on the dash.

Done!

You don't need the stereo off (not on my Premium sound, anyway), just push and hold the top button until the LCD changes with a speed indicator.

BTW: I find it next to useless, as the 'beep' when you overspeed is too quiet with any reasonable stereo volume. Wish it was louder.

BTW2: It's all in the users manual. That's how I learnt about it :)

Yeah, sorry about saying about the stereo, I couldn't remember so I was playing it safe...

The little S on the dash flashes when you exceed the set limit, stops flashing when you are below it. It's awful hard to see when you are driving, not that I would know of course!
