SSV have the XR8 front extensions for $190 raw, anyone kn ow of places that are selling these cheaper? Don't have to be genuine, as they are the sort of part that will probably replaced due to damage!

i saw a car a couple of days ago with the new pursuit bottom part the other day but it kept driving so I have no idea where he got it but at least I know they are out there

Woh, hold the phone! Gonna have to track this down now. However, I'll still be interested in cheap extensions in case the one you saw was a custom jobbie.

Great, thanks jaytyn. Talon sould also be able to paint fit too. Canberra CS were $125 the pair, $90 for painting, then I'd have to fit them.

My mate had the Talon stuff fitted to his XR8 ute. It's crap. Paint peels off, fibreglass cracks easy.

Venom - go genuine mate because it's RMIP and way more damage resistant.

Besides, people like SSV and Talon who flop moulds off the genuine stuff should be put out of the business. They're nothing more than scam artist parasites making a living off the people who design the stuff up front.

To Talon and particularly SSV - go scr3w yourselves!

(Phew, glad I got that off my chest.....)

You are right Pete, but if Ford didn't charge so much for their kits (look at what they charge for the Havoc/Rebel stuff vs Paja!! Same stuff!!!) then SSV/Talon wouldn't bother doing it.
