As the title suggests is it possible to put BA headlights in an XF because they would just suit so well!

anything is possible, just need to know the right panel beater and auto electrician (EVEN THOU REQIRING WOULDNT BE TOO BAD EITHER).

I always thought the BA lights would look good, would look even better with a front bumper to suit.

mate as has been said anything's possible. i have fitted BMW 318i headlights in my NC Fairlane, and they suit the car so well.

putting BA lights in an XF would require major panel work. even then the reflector inside only adjusts so far, and the headlights may not be at the right angle to adjust the reflector correctly.

that said. anyone care to photoshop it - i reckon it'd look cool

im unsure. the lights themselves wont cause any problems as they are already ADR compliant for a 2003/04 car. the mods to fit the lights to the car wouldnt if they arent structural - however its when you go chopping up the rad panel to fit em you'd prolly need a certificate........... better finish mine off and go get that certificate - if its worth the hassles

as long u dont touch any structural panels or rails u dont need a cert. its just a cosmetic mod ... i dont believe that many cops would even take notice of it ...

nah htey dont take any notice of mine. but that said. make sure the rest of your car is roadworthy. they may like the front that much that they will pull ya up to have a squiz. and go oh hello bald tyres, dodgy wipers, rust.. yellow sticker! hehe
