Battery - Brisbane

Any brisbanites know where to get bateries for a decent price? I checked super cheap the other day, and it was about $100 for some cheap arse brand (one of those "super" ones), while I can get one back home in Chinchilla at Beaurepairs for $85 for a brand name. Do Beaurepairs and stuff even sell them here? Also, do century's cost any more? The one at the moment in mine has lasted for four years according to the date on it. I'll be home in 4 weeks, but I need it in probably the next week, its bloody slow to turn over at about 10pm.

Re: Battery - Brisbane

mate I've got a spare battery that I've just taken out of my car. I think it's been in there for about a year. You can have it for $50 pickup if ya like. You can come over to my place (inner north) and try it out to make sure you're happy with it first. Can't remember the brand. I got Ford to put it in during a service. It may be a Motorcraft from memory.

Re: Battery - Brisbane

Seriously, try k-Mart, or Big W - they have a good range at a fair price - especially when they have a 15% off sale!
