Call me an idiot but mechanics aren't my forte.
My '88 EA will return to idle given time but if i get to a certain speed like 80 it will hold that speed(like a poor mans cruise control). When i hit the brakes its returns to bout 1200 rpm then given time down to correct idle. How do u test if its the isc that stuffed or what else is it.?? and how do i test for it?
