Boot Light

Does anyone know how to extract the boot light from the sedan? The Gregories guide simply says "remove the light from its mounting".

I can't seem to get the plastic cover off and I've tried (lightly) tugging the cord from the back, but I can't get the light out.

Three is a little reflector cover thingy that you should be able to pry out from one side, lever it down and the pull it away, then the globe comes out of there. That's how it is on mine anyway...

Thanks for that, I got it off... praise be to brute force :)

I hope it doesn't have a polarity, because I didn't make a note of which way the bulb was in the mounting.

It won't matter which way you put it in.
