Bored TB Dyno Results
Hey,
I had been looking at getting my throttle body bored out for a while, so i rang around and found a place that did them. I got mine bored out to 65mm, from either 56 or 60 stock, can't remember which. Anyway, did a before and after dyno run, and this is the results. Picked up 9hp at the wheels, same conditions, same variables so that is a pretty definite gain.

That is my dyno graph. The car is a 1992 Telstar TX5, 2.5l v6, 5sp manual. Mods 2.5" catback exhaust with hi flow cat, K&N air filter and 16mm rear sway bar.
Can anyone give me a reason why the power would drop off so suddenly and then pick back up around the 115km/h mark?
