Hi guys,

I need help here, for ages I've been staring at the burnt firewall in my AU XR6, jesuz, it sure looks shitty when everything else is in prestine condition, shiny chrome and all...Is there some sort of paint (black of course) that I can use to cover up the burnt sections? The burnt sections are sorta brown in colour. I'm just not sure if the regular paint stuff can withstand the heat or if it'd end up catching fire instead. Don't need another fire incident do I?

Get some black paint suitable for exhaust manifolds (I think it's V-Temp high heat, or something like that). It's usually good for about 1200 degrees C.
