Car stereo stays on when car is off

Hello I was trying to wire my rad fan on my 99 mustang gt 4.6L v8 like test it off the battery. I had a blonde moment and put black on red and so on. But for some reason now. When I turn my car off the stereo stays on. ???? Does anyone know why that would happen. And I think the Interior lights use to stay on when I got in the car and then turned off soon as u turn the key. But it don't even do that anymore :(

The set must have a direct feed , did it not work that way beforehand ? Checked fuses ?

No it didn't do that before. Not until I messed up by putting wrong wire to batterie big spark then stereo stayed on. There was a ten amp fuse blown but I changed it and still the same. I didn't check the fuses in the car but I put a flashlight to them and they all seemed fine
