Whenever my choke opens, the engine wants to die - even if the engine is hotter than ever.
No vacuum leaks that I've found, only negligable thing is a broken tube for the EGR diaphragm but I have the diaphragm that opens the egr valve blocked off so it's just serving as a spacer anyways.
uhm. besides that- I used a POS echlin/'napa' rebuild kit. From the looks of it the float/needle/seat setup is all wrong, the kit they gave me was for calibs ranging from the V6 to my 400v8
carb is Motorcraft 2150 2bbl on 400m (US)
Tried messing with idle mix to no avail.
Next check I'm getting a motorcraft rebuild kit for it; hopefully that's the problem.
