How much power gain can you expect from converting a 3.9lt cfi to a mpfi and is it realy worth it?
Know of any good tutorials on it or can some one post some info?????

I just need a bit of clarification here, I know the CFI is 'Central Fuel Injection' and MPFI 'Multipoint Fuel Injection'.

What is MPFI really in a short brief explanation? Is the MPFI like two or more injectors leaving the CFI with just one injector? (I am not mechanically minded but is it the injectors job to like feed petrol to the engine? Like spraying it but not by the drip method resulting in efficient fuel saving?)

cfi has 2 injectors in the throttle body (so basically like a carb)
mpi has 6 injectors, 1 for each cylinder, and are positioned close to the intake port, which provides even fuel mix through all cylinders, therefore more efficient.
all injectors spray fuel in. i dont know of anything that drips fuel in.
