Yeah seems this part is in hot demand, i have mine on back order with Venom XR.

Damn and i was looking forward to shaving 1/2 a second of my 0-100 times with this part. :p :p :p

thanks for givin me the tip about the fitment of the chrome spacer. After what you said of undoing the stiching i don't think it will fit on the EF gear boot as the top part of the boot looks heaps smaller than your one.

Hmmmm might have to do EF_GuY's custom jobbie, a little trip to the grouse hardware house should fix it, i'll let everyone know how it goes.

I just brought a chrome surround off the t-series that goes around the auto lever.

Its going to be a bugger to install. I have to take out the center console, remove the t-bar and try and unclip the old surround.

any tips on how to easily do this?

console is only 6 x 8mm bolts and T bar is small screw at the back of shaft and then it pulls off.....

cant remember how surrond is clipped on, but shouldnt be too hard...

yeah was a bit of stuffing around, console had to come out, and had to unclip everything around the shifter..

anywhere here is what it looks like on....

(Next friday i am putting on a chrome gearshift knob and chrome door handles!)

i'm thinking of getting the chrome fairmont bumper trim because my car's dark metallic red (prestige red) so anything chrome on it looks just unreal. except wheels... yuck!

Door handles cost me $15 each
Chrome Gear spacer $10

if yours is an auto i think the auto gear lever from a T-series is $190 RRP
