Clutch fell out !!!
After recently putting my car back together and running the new motor in, the new daikin clutch started slipping, after trying a few things (cable adjustment, and replacing cable) nothing changed. As i hadnt had time to pull out the gearbox i had been starting it up now and then. It started making a banging noise from the bellhousing. Tonight i finally had a chance to pull the GB out and as i pulled it out the clutch dropped onto the ground.
When i put it together it was all torqued down the factory specs and new bolts were used.
I am going to have the flywheel and tailshaft balanced while i have them out and was wondering if anyone has any other suggestions that may stop it from happening again.
