Codes for different options.
Hi, I have a EA S that originally had a CFI motor and has a 5 speed box.
I was looking at the VIN Plate and it states that the Engine Code is "D" and the trans is "K". The Trim is "G2" and the colour is "Y2"
The reason I ask is because I noticed that the area around where the clutch cable goes through the firewall doesn't look very factory. It is also sprayed in a deeper colour yellow.
It makes me wonder if it has been swapped from a 3 speeder at some point. I dont know what the diff ratio is - Ive looked everywhere on the diff and I don't see any tag anywhere.
