In regards to connecting gas
I had an old EF intake with an adaptor at the intake to create a LPG AIR mixture.
Now i've replaced the intake with a rubber EL one,
Can i remove the aaptor and have the hose running straight into the rubber part of the intake or will that nor produce a sufficient mixture?
I'll try to get some photos to explain better.

NO, you need to leave the gas mixer ring inside the rubber. Cant remember if there is a unique rubber snorkle for gas or if you can just cut a hole in for the gas ring "tail" or connection. When I fitted gas on my EL fairmont, I used the std rubber snorkle and fitted the gas ring and adaptor inside. I just punched a hole in the rubber. There is a special hose clamp to clamp the ring and rubber to the throttle body.
