Personally i wouldn't take a car anywhere near the area's you mentioned. Police are giving out free yellow stickers on most vehicles. I did try and get them to put a yellow stick on my work car in Chappel St but maybe the goverernment plates put them off?
A decent slow cruise in the Dandenongs is nice. Out Lillydale way is nice. Not a bad drive out toward Portsea/Dromana either.
Yeah ive had a cop offer to tow my car home from Chaple st once. I didn't do anythink wrong just driving through the big carpark out the back. The Dandenongs is always good at night when there are no other cars on the road.....
as most guys said, big hot spots now, even cruising through westall/sandown/noble park and dandenong to get home is getting bad
cruise to the dandenongs, portsea, or even to healseville is nice
