Hey all,
I'm currently working towards my goal of a twin turbo EB (once everything else is up to scratch like a respray)
A part of my initial design is this installation of an intercooler water spray system to keep the cooler down in dry hot weather.
Now as part of my plans I will need to monitor more engine information to ensure good running of my car.
The Spac dash has good guages for engine speed, water temp and oil pressure but I want to fit gauges to messure the following things.
1) air temp
2) after cooler air temp
3) knock sensor (basically a ultra sound messurement attached inside the sump fairly simple from what I've found so far)
4) mixture sensor

Now I already know how to wire the car so as to collect all this data with out any dramas and when the dash gets changed over in the next few weeks I'm gonna install an extra loom for me to run any manor of wires in and out of the dash for any future developments.
My question is....
Does any one know of a way or at least a place where I can get a digital number LCD screen to read out the data much the same way the trip computer works.
I'd like to be able to scroll through this information on a small LCD screen displaying each read out in a numerical value.

Na I found the solution it's a LCD display from dicksmith it's backlite red and already has a controller just waiting for input. $28 for it then I'll just make my own sensors and switch setup and all done.
