Went to Ford the other day an asked for an AFL1 . the Ford badged filters they had were rebadged ryco z9s. nothing wrong with them of course I was just hoping to get a Motorcraft one?

yeh its the inhouse brand... I guess I'll have to ring around for next time... all this dealer had were the ryco ones. cost $11

I Thought Ryco Was A Repco Filter.. Ford Use Motorcraft As A Genuine Item. Your Dealer Has Ripped You.. He Can Buy Ryco Filters Half The Price He Can From Ford.. And Sell To You At Ford Price.. But Then At $11 Who Really Cares
