hi there, can anybody out there tell me how to replace the front door hinge pin? Mine has worn and the door is sagging. It is an EL. I cant see how to get the hinge pin out without taking tho whole door off. There must be an easier way.

it should only need adjusting, it is pretty easy to take the door off,

-just undo the two 9mm bolts that lock the door onto the hinge
-undo the check strap
-pull the wiring out of the pillar and unplug it
-then open the door all the way and slide the door up and off the hinge.

I would have to say that EA-EL are one of the most easiest doors to take off.

I take it the bolts you are refering to are the two that you can see on the hinge when you open the door?
