My drivers wiper looks like the below, bent hard, but if I straighten it, it doesnt wipe the water from the windscreen, the passenger one is normal and works fine, how do I fix this, I dont like the drivers wiper looking they way it does.

By the look of things, it looks bent hard! Try straightening the wiper then "mould" the wiper blade to the window, as in hold both ends of the blade and push it over window so that it touches.
See if that works.

I don't want to say which one otherwise someone else might buy it!
It should bend back ok. The reason it was probably bent like that was to improve wiping by putting more pressure on the arm. So if you bend it back, check out how the wiping goes.

Eeeek !
lol . . . buy a new arm :) You can get cheapies with blade for like $20 from kmart ( altho the blades suck the big one )
Apart from said blades, the arms seem to work ok . . .
Or (shock horror) you could get some blue / red / silver aluminium ones and be 100% rice
XR8, do they come in hot pink or green ............ LOL .... now that would 110% rice ........ hehehehehhehe
Yeah the arm works fine, does a mighty damn fine job, I just hate it looking like a hack job, instead of tidy and clean, hence I am working on how to fix it.
So what exactley goes wrong to make some one bend it so badly, is it the spring no longer as enough pull in it to keep it tight to the windscreen, or some other sinster reason (stupidty maybe?), why change wiper blades when you can bend the arms?
Any answers appreciated.
