Yep. Take off your power steering belt by undoing the large nut on the tensioner pulley and pushing the pulley down to loosen the belt. Then loosen the bolt that goes through the top of the alternator and push it towards the engine. If it doesn't move you may have to back the bottom bolt off a little.
Fit the new belts then do up the bolt through the alternator a bit then turn the adjusting nut with a large spanner to tighten the belt. Then do up the bolt. Same goes with the steering, but you tighten the nut and adjust with the bolt.
