EA climate control not so hot

Why does my EA Fairmont Ghia climate control not warm my feet? I have tried
almost every setting I can think of and all I get is luke warm air, the system seems
to be opperating correctly.

So how do I set the controls for max heat ?

Regards

Re: EA climate control not so hot

I had that problem as well, checked everything and found no problem, I ended up pulling the heater box out and found that the internal flaps were broken, so glued them back together and the problem was solved.

To remove it you will have to pull the dashboard out, de-gas the a/c and drain the coolant.

Re: EA climate control not so hot

Try the self test 1st to see what error codes are displayed.
Make sure engine is warm.
Ignition on and press floor and of buttons together.
Release and wait 30 seconds plus.
