Though they are ohc they are still hydro lifters so they could be R.S but an inspection of the whole valve train for clarence etc the reason for the rattles as clareace before oil pressure builds up in either the timing chain and or hydro lifters.These engine at high kmrs the bolt-tentioners fail breaking timing chain= piston and valve meeting.. Resulting in atleast a bent valve if you are lucky pluss other valve gear damage that caused it in the first place..
