when my car is idling the rpms go up and down sometimes stalling, about 6months ago I got a new dizzy put in and I had the same problem so I took it back and the dizzy was replaced, this fixed the problem but now its idling rough again. Anyone think this is a dizzy problem again or more likely a fuel problem? Would it help if I changed the fuel filter?
yes changing fuel filter regurly is a must today so many bad things added to fuel .water could be a problem in your fuel. try changing service stations run premium some places add to much ethenol to there fuels and it doesnt burn as nice as fuel. another is sparkplugs check them to see if they are good . leads. or enjectors.. check before replacing any thing but do change fuel filter for $5 is a good thing to do. try premium second check sparks and leads third
