Would anyone happen to know the stock stall speed of the torque converter in an EB Series II with the 4.0 MPFI and 4 speed trannie? For that matter would anyone know the name and model of the stock trannies as I can’t remember?

Any other info on what people have found to be this engines optimal power range and flash stall speed would also help.

It would be a BTR M91LE with 2200rpm stall....as for increasing stall speed not sure

Im not 100% sure if its any different for 6's but i put a 2500rpm high stall in my eb fairmont 5.0l which caused a rather large problem. When taking off from standing start with full throttle the car would break traction and then go into limp-home mode. Very frustrating! i posted a thread on here asking for help but unfourtunatley no-one could assist so i have just replaced it with another standard convertor - big waste of time and money... but if anyones looking to buy a high stall for a 5 litre ive got one going cheap - haha.
