Just wondering....

I have just got hold of a manual box and computer off a CFI from a mate at trade school... but my car is a MPFI..

If you have a cfi manual ecu will that run a mpfi manual system? Or were there diff ecu's for the 2 models. I know that the 4spd ecu can run the manual, but it just comes up with an error code?

The two models had different ECUs. You will need to get the right ECU for the job.
