EF boot light

Can anyone shed some light (pardon the pun) on where I can find the switch for the boot light in my EF ... The light will work one day and not the next ... globe and fuse are fine ...

boot light switch

I think it is intergrated with the boot latch from memory. but could be wrong. The boot latch is also intergrated with the smartlock system.

Boot light

I have an el and have the same problem. I find if I use the remote to unlock the boot the light comes on, if I use the key the light doesn't come on unless you have recently use the remote.
