EF/EL Ghia bootlid trim

Just a quick question. The chrome treatment on the boot lids of EF/EL Fairmonts, that the plate sits on. How hard is it to fit one on a GLi EL and has anyone done it???

I would appreciate it if partsguy could get me a price on one if i went to get it from ford spare parts. Cheers. :s5

Are the they identical on both the EF and EL?? And the only different i thing between the Fairmont one and the Fairmont Ghia one is that insted of an F badge the Ghia has a Ghia badge!?!

All feedback appreciated guys!

I could be wrong but thats off a Fairlane? The Fairmonts only have the top 'eyebrow' section and not the number plate surround bit.

Yeah Winged is right,
The EF Ghia has the 'eyebrow' bit
and the EL Ghia has the 'eyebroe' bit and the surround

It is not just GHIA. Normal EL Fairmonts have the "Surround" aswell.

The top 'spear' is $202.00 inc GST....number plate surround is$207.00.......

Easy enough to fit, just need to carefully drill holes in the right places...
