Hi All....

This morning a guy in a vk commodore rear ended me and smashed.....tickford xr rear bar, bootlid, valance strip, rear lights left and right, and put a small fold in the right rear quarter panel...and the rear driver side door only just shuts....also when he hit me he pushed me into the gutter which snaped my front xr bar......does any one think this'll be a right off or will they fix it.

No that should be fine mate I've seen cars with more damage than that that havn't been a write off.

Front and rear bars are cheap [for insurance co] How many Ks?

I got rear ended in my EF.
Was much worse than that, had extensive damage to the rear of the chasis, and I was told it was border-line write off. In the end it was a write off as the damage bill was $10,000+
So I doubt yours will be.

Thx for the replies.....i took the car in today and they said it wasn't a right off......it would be fixable.....will post a pic of the damage soon.

congratulations on removing another vk off the roads.

I hope all turns out well with your car, i had a simmilar accident once but unfortunatly it was another ef that hit me! :dead:
