depends on what you wanna actually do. the orange part will just slide out of the plastic housing thats attached to the panel.

If your talking about the yellow side repeaters, then you have to push them forward to the front of the car and then with gentle force pull them away from the guard.

Done it many times on my car, before I got the clear fairmont ghia style oval ones that is. They're really hard to get off!!
