"The power locks seem to be mucking up. Whenever we go to lock the door, they just go up and down like crazy. We push the key fob again and then the horn sounds and the locks go crazy again. Anyone else have this problem? How do I fix it. My mate's EF Falcon has this problem too."
I cannot say too often how I had the same problem. It is one if two things.
1) the ef eries had a problem with the door locks, and the only way to fix it was to replace the locks with later model new ones
2) The wiring in the "B" pillar on the passenger side is prone to corrosion, as this is where the runoff fron the roof goes. Check your electrical connections in the "B" pillar.
Of the two options, I would check the wiring first.
The esiest way is to take the front passenger seat out
, you will need special tool for this, takes about 5 mins, and then remove the seat belt and then the trim. The wiring is located low in the pillar. The "B" pillar is the one between the two doors.
