Just got my exhuast done on the ED. I installed my 21st birthday present, set of Genie 6-2 extractors and 2.5" exhaust with one muffler and one resonator.
It has a deep deep pure now, it gets a bit throaty up top and doesn't drone. Its so quiet that you almost wouldn't pick the difference from the drivers seat, untill you put your foot on the gas!
Just wonderin what muffler u using??
Ive got a 400mm lukey, its alright but drones at 105km/h. Im gettin a EF soon so hopefully the 4spd will fix it:) Might put a resonator on if it pisses me off too much

Yeah I did, well I don't think I can say how much I payed because I know Ross who owns RACE, we look after each other at each others workplace. His priced for my are kept under my belt, but I have sent three of my mates there to exhaust done on their car and they have different cars, like a Celica etc, and they all are very impressed.
But normally, you probably pay around $800 (including extractors)for my setup. My parents just nicked off with the Digi cam so I can't take photos right now, I'll get some this arvo.
The entire exhaust system from the cat back is Redback, with one large muffler near the diff and then it curves over the diff and up under the back bumper where there is a resonator jambed in there. The whole system is matt black.
Mine drones under light throttle load cause its an auto, but once the torque converter locks up its dead quiet, or if you back off the throttle it goes away. Only when driving economically that it is annoying, so I just drive fast instead.
