Exclamation F-150 knocking on drivers side! HELP!!

Truck is a 2002 F-150 FX4 Off Road Lariat. Wanted to know if anyone has an idea of what could be causing a knocking noise on the drivers side under feet. Took it into a ford service center where they charged me $60 and told me it was mudd!! I've had new breaks, new calipers, new tires put on and the u-joints checked. The noise is only there when you are going 15-20mph or less, and with the window down, you can hear the sound of metal on metal, like something is loose and knocking on another piece. Any ideas would be helpfull!!

high pitched sound of metal on metal???????? could be a heat sheild or a shock that when "unloaded does not look or feel loose but when loaded it is loose
