Question factory KW specs??

Hi every one,

I am new to the forum, and i would have to say it is one of the best ford resources i have found!

This may sound like a bit of a stupid question but i was hoping someone may be able to answer it for me.

When the factory specs on a car come out are the killowatts stated measured at the engine or the rear wheel??

any help on this would be great
