The other day my fan (not radiator fan) has seemed that it didn't like the heat and stopped working.. The heater still works but the air isn't being forced through the ducts like the fan has gone or whatever EA's have. I don't have a workshop manual (yet) but I was wondering what could be the issue?

Fan switch, fan? A relay maybe? I have no idea at the moment. Either way I've gotta fix it becase as the demister doesn't work because of it, the car is unroadworthy...

I also gotta replace the handbrake cable which shouldn't be too hard..

Okay this is a bit of an extension to the last post...

On the drivers side of the engine bay there is a set of fuses?? or relays?? that control the efi, lights, and something else I think.. I am not sure of the details at the moment..

I have had several intermittant probs with fuel injection (car surging, fuel pressure cutting out) headlights (flicking on and off rapidly - this isn't good going around a range at night!!) and now the fan in the interiour... Could this all be linked to this component set???

I might have to go and look to see what each one does I think..
