I was thinking the other day - that a useful addition to our web site would be a 'Frequently Asked Questions' section.

Any ideas or suggestions as to what information should be included in this area?

I was thinking along the lines of:

Differences between models
Modifications
Common issues/solutions
??????

A list of specs for each model of XR6/8 would be great. I have brochures from the AU and AUII if that helps at all.

I would like to see specs, including KW rating, and performance data for each model produced. I would also like to see a section on modifications. There's nothing like making a fast car faster!

I have the complete (genuine ford 2 volume edition)service manuals for the EF/EL series falcons. What can't be found in here isn't worth knowing. My dad has an ED XR6 wagon. I could have a look in the back of the owners manual for the specs of the ED model. That only leaves the EB to get sorted out. Maybe Tims EB XR6 came with an Owners Manual as well. So I reckon we have a complete set to go to work on.

Hi

I have the EB, ED, EL and AU XR brochures as well as power and torque curves comparing the ED XR6 with the EF. I have all the specs in Wheels mags for the EF -- but dangnabbit -- I don't have a scanner!

It would also be good to include a list of mods that work/sorta work/don't work ie exhaust, suspension etc. Things that people have acutally tried and can give real world opinions.
