I removed the one from my car and my parents car - do not use a knife though (you WILL scratch the paintwork). Best method is to heat the badge up with a hairdryer for about 2 minutes, then use a piece of fishing line between your hands to "slice" the badge off. Any remaining sticky stuff can be removed with bug and tar remover etc.
Oh, and there are no holes, lugs or otherwise - it's a purely stuck on badge (unlike the falcon badge on series 1 cars).
