Hey boyz, was wondering what sorta milage u get outta yer cars.. my EB1 3.9L MPI does 8.3 Km/L or 12.05 L/100kms and thats mainly highway cycle... this seems excessive too me.
I have just converted from CFI but i still had a big fuel consumption before... anyone got any idea's?? the mechanical side of things is good... doesnt use oil and there is no black smoke of anysorts from the exhaust

my trip computer says 12.5L/100KM. (5 speed, MPFI, exhaust, extractors, cam, K&N).

My trip computer says 12.7L/100km. It used to be in the low 13s when I was driving in all conditions, now about 85-90% of my driving is high speed highway stuff. I get around at least 600kms to the tank these days, my record was 625kms just the other week! And remember I have an LTD, at least 200kg heavier than the rest of you.

No I'll put it better than that. Open road good, round 8 to 9 litres per 100 in a EB2 4.0 auto extractors and cam.

Town....well that's another story. Effing useless.

On the flat around 12-14. Any hilly driving 13-17.

I dunno about these litres per 100k's and all that shit, because I don't have a trip computer, and although i could work it out, it wouldn't be very accurate but basically I get off a full tank, around 550k's per tank, with a CPI, 3speed. It's basically all highway runs, but I'm no grandpa when it comes to speed..

So basically, i was pretty happy with the mileage I get.
