The fuel pump in the EF is on it's last legs, I needed to call the RAA out the other day for it.

I have thought about replacing it with a higher flowing one, and found the best one for what I want. I can't remember what the brand is (I think it's a bosch motorsport), and can flow enough for about 250RWKW(EDIT: It might be 350RWKW). This is for about $450.

OR, could get a factory replacement, $200 is the best price, but, according to one place, the stockie flows about half. Does this sounds right? What sort of power have people made from stock fuel pumps?

220 rwkw from there on they lean out std E.B v8 F/ pump with twin T3 Garrett turbo's.. A bosch inline fix's the fuel pressure drop...

The motor will only take the fuel it needs, so if you have a stock motor, the stock fuel pump is adequate.

How's the fuel filter, the in-line one and the one on the pump?
Could be something simple.

Well, I'm just going on what the RAA guy said. It does make funny noises when it primes up.

The reason I wanted to know about the Hi-flow, my eventual aim with the car is a blower, and why would I want to buy fuel pumps twice?
